Beck Depression Inventory was created by Aaron T. Beck. It is a 21-question inventory that everyone can use as a test for depression. The questions, i.e. groups include four responses. Carefully read every response and choose the one that best describes the way you feel this week, including today. Write down the letters of the chosen statements and the points. Note that the points are the numbers that precede the responses. At the end, count the points and find out the level of your depression. The results are at the end.
